Survey Results

Over 150 community volunteers surveyed during the holiday week of Veteran's Day 2011 to identify homeless veterans to identify their housing and service needs.  216 veterans participated in the surveys.  Please read the results of Project H3 VETS Survey Week.

The goal of Project H3 VETS is to continue the surveying process beyond Survey week by working with our community partners to assure that all veterans that seek services or resources at local provider agencies complete the Project H3 VETS survey.  We hope to capture the 1,100 to 1,200 homeless veterans between Survey week and the Arizona StandDown event in February 2012.

If you are a Valley provider of services to homeless or at-risk of homelessness veterans, please find the Project H3 VETS survey, consent forms, and instructions on how to complete below.  If you are a provider agency and would like staff training on how to complete the survey, please contact us to arrange.  We look forward to working with all our partners to identify and determine the service needs of those that have served us.
